Only twelve more days to the Blue Mountain Ukulele Festival so if you haven’t booked your seat on the Party Bus, you’d better ring Graham and get in quick. At $20 a seat for both ways, it’s a bargain that’s hard to resist. This week could you bring the Neil Diamond book plus the ABBA book, plus the warmups we’ve been doing, plus the Queen song. I’m sitting here sweltering with the air conditioner going flat out, thinking how good we are becoming. I brought out a challenging version of a Queen song, and after a couple of run throughs, I think Freddie would have been more than satisfied. We got off to a flying start last Tuesday with our Neil Diamond bracket in preparation for the Blue Mountain festival. As we are now taking a coach, we have a few more seats left on the party bus.
