Aloha Swingaleles Welcome back to Zoom. This Wednesday could you bring Raymondo’s and the Honk book and as a back up, Rocking the Blue Mountains, which we are all hoping will still go ahead. The answer to last week’s riddle was that you don’t get red eyes with Covid-19 (I think). Hope you enjoyed playing it.Mick Berghuis See More

Aloha Swingaleles It looks like our return to the world of Show Business has been deferred again. All I can say at the moment is to keep practicing. Raymondo’s chord book is a terrific way to keep in touch. Keep safe.Mick Berghuis See More

My Dear Swingaleles

Or maybe we should change our name to the Isoleles. Hopefully some of us got to celebrate Christmas before the hammer fell down again. As Unkle mentioned in his email, we have decided to cancel the Nan Tien Temple booking, much to our disappointment and no doubt to a lot of other people who look forward to us being there. As yet we don’t know anything about what’s happening with the Honk Street Festival, but no doubt we will find out in the next couple of days. It…

My Dear Swingaleles

It’s been a challenging year. Fortunately being a Swingalele has given us something to do in all these lockdowns. Our last session at the Fraternity this year was a good example. Swingaleles singing Christmas songs and sharing in coffee and Christmas cake was a good example. With Christmas in mind, don’t forget our zoom concert this Wednesday 22nd at 7p.m. On behalf of the committee, have a happy and safe festive season, and hope we have a busy and productive new…
